My name is Amie, I am based in Bristol and I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, experienced in working with children, young people and adults. I work with clients from 9 years old with no upper age limit.

I have worked with clients from many different walks of life, presenting common life problems and common mental health problems. The person-centred approach is at the core of my work, integrated with solution-focused therapy and key concepts from other theories and approaches where I feel it would be beneficial.

My aim is to create a safe space for you to explore your problems, and move towards finding your own solution, while strengthening your self-confidence and self-belief.
